 Gift Cards

  1. Purchase and Redemption: Gift cards purchased from BANQ Studios are valid for redemption towards tattoo services offered at our studio. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other products or services.
  1. Expiration: Our gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any time.
  1. Lost or Stolen Cards: BANQ Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and keep it in a safe place.

 

 Deposits

  1. Refund Policy: Deposits made for tattoo appointments are non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment and request a refund of your deposit, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

 Liability and Complications

  1. Tattoo Services: BANQ Studios provides professional tattoo services performed by skilled artists. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and hygienic environment, there are inherent risks associated with tattooing.
  1. Complications: BANQ Studios is not liable for any complications that may arise as a result of receiving a tattoo, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with the final outcome of the tattoo.
  1. Informed Consent: By receiving tattoo services from BANQ Studios, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with tattooing. You agree to provide accurate information about your medical history, allergies, and any other relevant factors that may impact your tattoo experience.
